To provide the best performance possible we limit the number of sites per server (instead of packing them in like sardines). We also have dedicated SQL servers to offload the data serving to the optimized equipment. We constantly monitor the servers for performance and reliability.

Our service is based on the StoreGrid product line by Vembu Technologies. The software is designed to routinely copy versions of your important files to a private, secure location. While the data does travel over your Internet connection, it is securely wrapped in an impenetrable encryption key to prevent any chance of unauthorized access. So don't lose the encrypton key. Your files are encrypted and unavailable without it even for us. That's how secure the system is.

If you have a working Internet connection on your computer, you can use Dreamkey's Remote Backup Service to keep your important files safe from disaster on a daily basis. The service saves each revision of your files, so you can always restore the latest, or any of the previous backed up versions (up to 30 backed up versions prior to the most recent)!
